The description says this item comes with one straw, but that isn't correct - it comes with the straw, a cleaning brush and also a draw-string bag. This makes this much better IMO. I bought the wider straw for drinking thick-shakes because McDonalds have ditched the plastic straws here, replacing them with paper based straws which aren't as nice to use, I agree with eliminating disposable plastic straws but dislike the new straws - so I'll take my own reusable straw with me. This is titanium, so it is light and will never rust, it should work well for years or even decades.
