I will experiment with this class of antennas as they are very adequate for mobile use. I have heard that they peform quite well but I need to wait for a Hi-Z antenna converter to be able to use them. By the way, photo labels are mistaken. The small model is for UHF while the bigger is the VHF one .

They really work! I wasn't sure if they would, but thes do their job very well. And they are built up proper!

Brilliant ultra selective magnetic field antenna. Especially in the days of very sensitive radios with near to no preselection in the front end this pulls signals out of the noise. Please make sure you don't accidentally transmit through this antenna, since this may likely fry the tuning capacitor. For RX only it is perfect 👌👍
