It's hard to find vulcanising rubber patches these days in US stores, and I have yet to have any success with the peel-and-stick patches that are (in my opinion) mis-sold as puncture repair parts. They haven't worked for me on mountain bikes running 40 - 60psi, or my road bikes running 100 - 120psi. This kit comes with 8 x 1" diameter patches, a decent amount of rubber cement, an abrasive pad, a pair of tire levers and even two short lengths of small bore silicon tube, presumably for spreading the rubber cement. The tire levers have a good profile and work well. Definitely worth having one of these in your saddlebag!
