Fish This is a collet block and not a collet chuck. used to index collet held items hex or square in a vice for example. For example, B16 is a chuck arbor taper code for the side where a chuck would go. MT3 or R8 is the taper on machines connection side. Collet blocks are not that type of chuck and arbor.
