Q: Does it fit the slightly larger 5” propellers? like the Flash 5144 / 5149?

luca_321 The motor mounting holes allow for them to be moved closer or farther (total of about 4mm adjustable between the two of them). Mine are mounted pushed as far out to get closer to the true-x handling, and it comfortably fits my 5143.3x3

Opened it up and the plane almost looks like it had been flown and crashed. The body had been split and pushed out when it arrived as well as one of the carbon rods having a crack on one of its connectors, and in return Im sure I will eventually receive the 450 points I was promised (which is like $3), but in the mean time, I glued the plane together and it flies true, and still better than anything you could purchase under $200. The stock controller is also commendable, its gimbals are much smoother than any other RTF Tx Ive ever had... But will still be switching over to my DX8

I seem to have missed the 2.0mm shaft, was hoping for a 2.3... Eh, its not like Im building a spacecraft.

The hole for the shaft is on a slight angle which causes the gear teeth to scrape against the tight fitting around the gear. But the gear would not even go onto my upgraded metal shaft at all. Out of stock now, so I will just be stuck loading up with plastic gears...

luca_321 Which programming card did you use?

I converted my EASY STAR to brushless and this ESC worked great. I am using it with the Emax CF2812 1534KV Outrunner Brushless Motor and the performance is great. Be sure to get the programming card to go with it because the instructions are in Chinese... Not Chinglish really Chinese.
