I cannot get this camera to connect to my android phone on WiFi or to my PC via a LAN connection. With WiFi, it says it's connected but there is no video! HELP! HELP! Build quality is really good and when it powers up it tracks me moving around so potentially looks good . . . but no video!!!

Delivery was extremely fast! Only took 6 days to South Africa - Amazing! These cameras are excellent! I ordered 4 of them. The work with the V380 phone app or the PC client. The IP address can be set fixed and the RTSP port can be opened for use with iSpy on a PC. Alarms can be adjusted for area to be monitored and for sensitivity. The cameras can take an SD card up to 128GB and recordings can be download to the phone memory or to the PC with the client. New firmware was available when I set the cameras up. Setting up is the easiest of all the cameras that I have tested.

Se reinicia frecuentemente, al menos 1 o 2 veces por dia, y no tengo problemas de energía eléctrica, ya la conecté a un nobreak y hace lo mismo, cuando se vuelve a iniciar toda la configuración está borrada y se coloca en la posición de inicio y tengo que volver a configurar y posicionar donde la necesito, por esto esta camara es pésima vigilando. Pareciera que tiene algún falso contacto interno por lo que constantemente se apaga y se reinicia, pero la cámara ni siquiera tiene memoria para guardar la configuración y principalmente su posicionamiento
