Q: Good morning, is there a 120v inverter?

Buck 22-60 volts refers to your input power from a battery bank, solar modules, turbine, etc. This will output to your electric grid at 110v commonly used in the US and 220 commonly used in Europe and elsewhere. So I think the answer to your question is yes, and this unit will output at 120 volts.
