Very useful for placing my cellphone on the centre console of the car, so it doesn't slide off. It's best when it's a bit dirty, as it becomes less sticky, so it's easier to remove the cellphone at the end of the trip.

Q: Does this device really check blood pressure?

GeoffYvr No. This watch is a toy. It does NOT measure blood pressure. And it does NOT measure heart rate, although it pretends to.

This shows 70 BPM when my real heart rate monitor shows 55 BPM. The heart rate is always inaccurate by about 30%. The blood pressure monitor is close to my real blood pressure tester, although I don't know how it can read pressure by being on my wrist. The step counter seems accurate. Battery life is about 24 hours. But the inaccurate heartbeat makes this a bad buy.
