IN the manual says that if at the door someone, who has no password, type 9 + # he sends a message via tuya app for you to release. The QR code of the app is included in the manual. I haven't installed it yet. It works? As if the lock does not have WIFI? NO manual diz que se na porta alguém, que não tem senha, digitar 9+# ele manda uma mensagem via app tuya para vcs liberar . Inclusive vem o QR code do app no manual. Não instalei ainda. Isso funciona? Como se a fechadura nao tem WIFI?

aricitton até hoje não consegui sincronizar o wifi e sendo assim não tenho a app para gerenciar as senhas ou controlar via app.

aricitton boatarde, no manual diz que instalando o app e digitando 9 # vc recebe msg e pode abrir a porta remotamente. OU seja, chegando uma pessoa que vc no deu e no quer dar a senha/chave/tag ela digitando 9 # vc libera a porta. verdade?

Produto de ótima qualidade! Estava preocupada com a montagem e instalação, mas lendo e entendendo o manual, você consegue montar em algumas horas, não é necessário contratar alguém pra isso! Tive que trocar o lado por conta da minha porta e foi super simples. Consegui utilizar o corpo da fechadura que estava, padrão em apartamento. Não me arrependo!
