BG941319151 I have kinda of the same damage to mine sadly from the same seller I bought mine September 2021 my build plate was damaged and screen also the seller is avoiding to respond to Banggood to honour my warranty due to a electrical fault internally I’ve recommend do not buy from this seller they know the printers are damaged and still ship them to you

My Elegoo Saturn arrived today. Unfortunately it took a hard hit in shipping, it came with a broken foot and the base was twisted as well, pictures of what happened follow. I paid for the transport insurance. I want to know how the problem could be solved. I hope that no internal parts of the printer have been affected.

BG941319151 I had the same issue as you but mine was more damaged in the same place where the motherboard is

quel dommage l’imprimante est arrivée avec un pied fendu/détruit ce qui l’a rend en l’état inutilisable j’espère qu’une solution sera trouvée le carton est pourtant en excellent état

I’m happy but it was delivered damaged I know you mite not see it but there a massive dent and broken
