MikusLorencs yes, it comes included with an IR receiver and remote, which you can also swap out for a wifi led controller (not included)

Q: Are there any samples of the video quality, and can it be used as a USB webcam?

MikusLorencs the quality isn't that great, and. yes you can plug it into your PC and it'll see it as a webcam. I'd recommend at least the sq9 (only other one ice tried), but better quality, in some lighting conditions it rivals my $120 Logitech cam
