Q: I am long time searching for an aptx HD transmitter for a regular desktop PC. Can this device transmit sound from USB or is it solely for charging, and I have to connect the PC via a separate 3.5 jack?

tejes Definitely no. This is an NFC tag, which is powered by the reader (a phone eg.). Putting it on your phone makes little sense.
