Memisis Yes, all you would need to do is to reverse the polarity to the peltiers and it will reverse the polarity and you can reverse hot and cold. So dont be worried about the "side", its all about the power input.

Memisis I would recommend repurposing a PC power supply to ensure you can supply enough amps to this cooler. Would need a 600+ watt supply as these supplies have 5v rails as well and that is added to the total wattage. Be sure to look at the specs and find the 1 or 2 12 V rails to use.
