Ótimo produto, de qualidade. Para um ambiente onde estamos sempre no ar condicionado, alivia bastante a secura. Ótimo umidificador que também serve como uma pequena luminária. Foi entregue na cidade do Rio de Janeiro com 36 dias corridos.

Q: eu tiro os dois fones da Case ao mesmo tempo, mas o fone esquerdo não parea, além do fone esquerdo piscar branco e vermelho. como posso resolver o problema de pareamento? porquê o fone esquerdo fica piscando e não parea?!

Having trouble with the connection between the fye 6 and a Samsung s7 and a iPhone 11. It seems that the L is noc connecting to the R also. I'll wait for the support.

Recebi o meu no dia 28/01/2020 e infelizmente o meu veio com problemas. Já tentei contato com a Banggood mas no momento sem retorno algum. Fiz contato assim que recebi o produto, e ainda estou dentro do período de 7 dias iniciais da garantia. O fone é lindo, porém o lado esquerdo veio sem funcionar. Segui todos os passos do manual mas desde que o carregamento começou após a remoção do filme dos conectores, enquanto estão na case o fone de ouvido esquerdo pisca entre branco e vermelho, enquanto o ouvido direito pisca em verde. Quando carregando o earbud, só reconhece o carregamento do lado direito. Quando conecto ao meu smartphone, o som sai apenas do lado direito e a esquerda não se conecta, não há som nem LED piscando quando está fora da case. Realmente fiquei muito triste e frustado com a péssima experiência. Me pergunto se por acaso eu tivesse pego o BW-FYE 8 se eu também teria o mesmo problema. Enfim, estou aguardando retorno do contato para podermos resolver essa situação.
