couple of issue that i hope to get resolved with the manufacturer. who by the way dose not seem to answer any questions at all. so dont count on getting support from them. the printer itself of of good build as far as the structure goes. but will need upgrading of the printhead bad design, liner rails 2 Z asxis are not straight,all pullys are plastic and the belts feel like they will streatch. the build instructions are a compleet waste of your time. but any compitent person can quicky work it out. the printer has not been built as od yet just all parts checked and faulty ones reported to two trees and banggood. neither have as yet responded messged them both on the 10/07/21. and now its the 15th so thats not very good from either of them. so at the moment i can not review the printing performance but one my issues are resolved i will do so.

BG202014101 thewarranty should be direct with the manufacturer so you would just return to them

Very fast delivery and a very good product. They came with a full charge. so i was able to use them straight away. Verycomfortable when using.
