The shocks are good quality but the springs inside are just to weak. With oil, the damping is fine, but spring rate is too soft. They bounce the car back half the ride height! Also as the springs are weak they allow a lot of body roll which makes the car roll over just as much as with the original springs in turns at any speed. Also, the original springs do not fit into the shock, both length and diameter is incorrect. Quality at 4 starts since one of ball ends is almost stuck in position. Unfortunately it makes the shocks unusable for me which is a shame as they do look good. Will have to look for alternatives.

Pull cord to close, but it will probably work, have not tried yet since the charger does not have an eu plug...

No warning on the provided plug, which is not an eu plug. No adapter included so I cannot use it to change my batteries.

The lights were a easy fit to my current fixtures; Plug em in and they work. No on and off switch which was key for me since I have an external switch and the height where these are fitted is restricted not leaving room for a switch. The milky cover makes the light diffuse which is perfect for even illumination. They cast a lot of light. The amount of light is comparable with the Tl-light of 1400 lm so that was excellent. The light color is not really warm white, the light is not yellowish, but more white (not blue yet).

The shape of the handle makes it easy to use. The bits are well cut. They fit snug into the hex screw reducing changes of damaging the screw.

As an update to my last review of this item. I already indicated that the springs are too weak and you need to overfill the shocks to increase the shock resistance and raise the car. After about 4 runs this came back to haunt me. After a jump about 50 cm (about 2 feet) and landing on grass was too much for the rear shocks. 1 got the oil blown past the 2 o-rings due to excessive pressure in the shock om impact. That despite the fact that I sealed them with thick grease for silicone o-rings and tightening them softly with a spanner. The other shock shaft (2.5mm diameter) got bend and will not compress at all. Perhaps a bit too little for this car, 3mm shaft seems to be more desirable for this car. So this is a warning for overfilling the shocks with oil. it will cause other parts to be stressed on impacts. They are obviously not designed for that. Going back to the stock shocks until I receive some adjustable shocks with different strength spring sets which will allow me to set the strength and rebound to what this car needs. Good thing is that you can adjust then when you upgrade the car to for example a heavier/multiple battery pack.

DeSjeik Update: You need to overfill the shocks to keep the car up. That proves to be a bad idea as well. They are so stiff I bend a rear shock by a jump that was only 50 cm high. Impact was too hard. Other rear shock got hit too. The oil blew past the seal, despite the silicone lubricant (I put in) and o-rings that should prevent this. Waiting for better shock to arrive, until then I will go back to the stock shocks.
