Q: Hello. If I go for the TBS Micro TX V2 version, will I still be able to use all the other protocols or do I ultimately need a TBS receiver? Thanks.

SimonHK Ifyou want to use the TBS crossfire Tx module (which slots into the back of the Tx) then yes you will need a TBS crossfire receiver. If you want to use any of the other protocols supported on the transmitter, you will need an appropriate receiver also.

Nice, but....It discharged my 20 Euro 2 x 18650 way past safe voltage, right down to 1 volt each. Really bad. I've asked the question on banggood - what battery protection is there? But no answer. Also, there is a red LED in the battery compartment on the back which comes on when you put the batteries in and won't switch off until you take them out, It will drain the battery slowly, but why would I want the constant red light and battery drain? Other than that its nice and bright and there are two clicky buttons to choose the various combinations of lamps - including a strange epileptic fit inducing strobe. The straps are too short for us Western big-heads. So you get a headache, either from the too-tight straps, or the nasty strobey flashing.
