These are the inserts we keep on hand for a lot of our projects. They handle steel, stainless, and cast iron with ease. If you keep your final cut to 1 or 2 thousand you will obtain a fine finish. They also work well with aluminum and brass; the final pass was a clean finish. Thank you Banggood.

This is the do all set for the beginner, hobbyist, or machinist. You have turning, threading, boring bar, and grooving tool and inserts. This is an affordable assortment of high-quality inserts that go well with the Machifit 7pcs 12mm Shank Lathe Boring Bar Turning Tool Holder Set with Carbide Inserts. Tried out the large and small threading inserts and tool holders. No visible wear after single pointing and have been used in imperial and metric threads. The material that was turned and threaded was a high-grade steel. They average out to a little over $2.00 USD which is a great price for high grade carbide inserts. The grooving and standard turning carbide inserts hold up well on most if not all turning jobs. The last and finish cut was done with the same tool and cut a perfect 0.002" clean finish.

We have used these on grooving and turning steel as well as stainless. They also work well on aluminum, brass, and cast iron. These also work well for parting off on small parts. We take a 2 to 4 thousand finishing cut and we have been really pleased with the finish and performance of these inserts.

A very high-quality shop light. Works great. Be sure you have a 220-volt outlet in your shop or workspace as this item requires 220 volts AC. This work light should work well on 50 to 60 Cycles as well. This is a great accent to any workspace or shop. At 6 Watts I can finally see what I am doing. A high-quality shop light the is very affordable.

For internal turning tools go this one does quite the job. We were able to do heavier finishing cuts just due to the rigidity of the tool holder. You get more than your monies worth with their tooling and superior customer service.

We have put this tool through the motions on a South Bend, ENCO, and Smithy lathe. The usual work holding for bar and castings, we do not know how we lived with out this tool. We also checked this item for run out and a 3MT to 2MT adapter set up on the lathe, we found 0 run out. Could not be more than pleased or happier, this has been a great asset to our shop. You get more than your monies worth with Banggood tooling and superior customer service.

As far as use we have used this tool on steel, stainless, brass, and aluminum. No noticeable wear on just trying it out on grooving we were more than pleased with the performance. We have also used this tool in other turning operations, the tool is still holding up quite well with or without coolant.

Q: How long before automatic shut down?

aksteamtech Ihave never timed it as it appears to be about 5 minutes or so longer. When I have picked it up to use the caliper and it has automatically shut off it picked up where I left off measuring. The caliper holds zero really well.

We are very pleased with the Type A Digital outside micrometer. The measuring surfaces are a high grade stainless and the case and display are a high grade, durable composite. The display function is easy to read and even easier to use. The instructions do not come completely in English yet it is so easy to use and yes, easy to use. No instructions needed. It also comes with a key to open the battery compartment on the back side of the micrometer, this is a real plus. It is also very light weight and is metric and imperial measurements which is two micrometers in one. Constant repeatability when testing with precision gage blocks. The quality exceeds the cost and the item is perfectly described by Banggood on their site. Thank you so much Banggood.
