Good product, works well. I testet the USB Ports to 3,5A total without having the voltage dropping below 4,95V. In the description it says something about Fastcharging, but it is definitely NOT QC3.0 Not sure what it is.

Q: No chance that it will work with 9v?

andreashipp9 Ihaven't received mine yet, though I am certain that 9V will be right on the turn on point. So depending on the exact voltage it will either not glow at all or at a strongly reduced brightness. You could buy a DC Boost converter to boost the voltage to 12V.
