Packaged in mylar, paper and external envelopes, but zero padding. Guess 20 pieces provided padding. Prompt delivery, all pieces intact. Out of the bag test on Arduino: 100% functionality. Only one issue: the 16-pin header was left to protrude after its solder, and had to be carefully trimmed, or else will interfere with the installation of the LCD in its window.

Material is good, lightweight fabric. It is well finished. has partial flex skirt for under-backwheel support and anchoring through fron wheel. It is mostly silver color, which is good in reflecting sun radiation in long exposure. It also has a fashionable-black color patch on top which absorbs sunlight and gets hot, real hot: a drawback. Otherwise, very good.

I had to machine the black steel base from scratch because the part was too crude and the drill bit was wobbly when using 0.8mm and 1.0 mm bits. Even after my retrofit, closing this chuck to hold and lock precisely axial, takes lots of care. This item csan use a mush stricter tolerance, is of lower quality than I expected.
