Functions well except that when the receiver is mounted on the hotshoe the built in flash cannot be deployed on my Nikon D5300. Tghis may be a problem with other DLSRs which deploys its built in flash in front of the hotshoes. I constructed an extender to move the receiver out of the way

Ordered two of these bulbs to use in the backup light clusters. Nice a bright and I really like the fact that it fills the reflector with light. However, one of the bulbs started to flicker after about a month of usage. I really like the layout so I ordered a couple to replace the flickering bulb and to have a spare, hoping that it is just a one off. Will keep posted.
