Jivyzn u connect the usb c to ur phone to power it. u put ur speaker or device you want to connect on bluethooth and put the audio jack this connects it to the device and u can play music through 2 devices at once pretty cool

andre I recieved only the board without speakers as its in the description. So no, without speakers. But depending what you're building, you want different speakers (diameter, depth, ...) anyways so it's better to be able to order them separately.
