BG101853950 Simplestway is to put a small battery dedicated to its supply, or a small DC-DC converter (checking its max allowed input voltage). Usually these voltmeters accept 30-40V as supply, no more. It depends also on use of solar panels: for examples if they are connected to a battery that imposes its voltage below the limit, there's no problem picking supply directly from measured voltage.
