Q: LIke the idea but looking for something more int he range of 1vdc to 100vdc with current at 500mA to 15Amps?

BG122178544 CTs cannot measure DC, by laws of physics. You need a shunt with voltage sensing to calculate the current, or a hall effect sensor setup with de-gaussing etc.

Ruddog justwanted to add to your review, I have the camera and can not get it to be recognized by the "IP Search Tool" included in the package. Therefore I can not "IP match the camera as it does not show up in the listing. I do have both power and ethernet cable connected. Also if I use a separate IP LAN tool and find the IP address assigned to the camera I can not get it to show up in the browser. I have connected the seller but no response other than sending me the same directions I already have.

things i found during use. sd card slot placement not obvious. cables are very short. you cant hide the power and lan connector when mounted on a wall. the split mount are great for mounting. you must connect device to cable lan to set it up WiFi must have internet access or camera rejects connection. it makes the most annoying speaker sound when connecting/searching for connection. i did a zoom test with scale but can't post pictures as banggood crops pictures that made them pointl. 500limit.

Q: When the valve is either open or closed does it continue to draw current or cut off current once in closed or open condition?

Celeripedean 1. SW is connected with OPEN, the valve is opened, after the position is reached, the internal power is automatically cut off and kept in the valve open state; 2. SW is connected to CLOSE and the valve is closed. After the position is reached, the internal power is automatically cut off and kept in the valve closed state.
