Suggestions from Pheobe that windows 8 is reqired are doubtful as the drivers from OSCOM say windows XP through Windows 7 not windows 8.

I've tried the device on several computers, all computers tried report USB device not recognized. I found some drivers as non were sent, it makes no difference all the computers the unit was tested on report the same thing Device Not Recognized. The unit does not work.
