Q: Please, Is it pre-amplifier have a RIAA compensation? I would like to use this in my turntable.

Q: It does not work. I connected 10 V DC to both outer points of the power connector. The LED goes on, but after 10 seconds it starts dimming and after 20 seconds it is completely off. Of course also terrible distortion then. Middle point of the power connector is not connected (don't know where to connect it to, plus(+) and minus(-) are already connected to outer points). Please help.

vmarafdeild This kit is designed for AC-power from a center-tapped transformer. It is absolutely impossible to use a two pole DC supply. Unfortunately the seller has decided to be cheap and send only 16V rated capacitors so the maximum safe transformer voltage is only 9-0-9V!! By replacing the capacitors with 2200uF/25V, we can use a 12-0-12V transformer.
