Q: It doesn't recognize any sd card. Please help. I have tried every sd card I own and it is always stuck in "loading please wait" screen.

Bouke Have you made sure all SD cards were formatted FAT32 and the files you put on them are compatible? What was the card with the smallest capacity?

Q: funciona no Brasil normal ?

Bouke For now it does not appear that Brazil uses the DAB system. However, the FM receiver function would work just fine.

Bouke https://www.rtl-sdr.com/ This site should get you started. Please note that Windows 10 by itself provides no software and the manufacturer itself doesn't either as the hardware is produced for third-party software (like SichboPVR)
