bogartPH I think I got a defective one. It constantly freezes.Somehow I got it to work now. I just messed with the setting and it worked. I tried it on VLC player..the lag was so annoying.. it was useless on VLC. But it works great in the camera app of windows 10(PC). just flip the cam and it uses the USB cam that's the ROTG02.
