abu_nawaf its depend on your current . for me I weld 10mm steel with 3mm rod on 150 amp . very strong bot you should prepare ( V ) shape before welding on the metal that you want to weld.

abu_nawaf I use it out door for emergency repair .. normally use 70-90 amp with 6013 rods . its work great ..

abu_nawaf yes . but it takes time .. small size will brake if you use it with hard matrial and witout Lube.
