Bill I run 1500mah 4s or 2200 3s and it does well with both. 3000 mah is pretty big but it should carry it, it'll just be heavy

Q: it can use 7.4v lipo battery.?

William Sanders Yes, the battery voltage does not affect servos. The esc only sends 6v to the receiver and servos, the total 7.4v only goes to the motor.
