It works good but seem to jam a few times on a medium size branch however it didn't come with oil like other brands so I did not oil the chain prior. Also the battery would not charge on arrival. After opening it I found that the soldering points were loose inside the battery with one wire completely disconnected. I re soldered the broken wire & 2 other points & now it works & charges up.

Do not buy this product - The batteries fail with no circuit protection from overheating. Banggood has not been helpful on resolution. No email response. No messages in my account for status on resolution. I think they are running out the clock on time a sensitive situation. I have had excellent relations with Banggood in the past as many orders done with satisfaction. Now I'm not sure.
