Good quality. All steel. The handles are threaded on, so they can come loose. Put some thread lock compound on the threads and tighten. Then the handles will never come loose.

It is made well but the performance of it not that i wished. This product will not clean your tongue to full cleaness without any white substances on it. It will just scraping off the saliva and just a little of the white layer. Almost 70% of the white layer will remain and you will have to help to clean your tongue with your toothbrush. I was hoping for better performance. But the seller and the shipment is perfect.
