Really nice motor and everything seems exactly right to fit in the Phoenix 2400. I received the 850KV version as a "Free Trial" so will at some pint swap out my stock 1050kv motor and try this in the Phoenix for a direct comparison. Timely delivery for this good Quality Brushless motor, intended for use in my Volentex 2.4m Motor Glider. I have had a lot of success with Racestar Motors, previously purchased and flown. For this reason I purchased the Racestar in preference to the Volantex, the latter have permanently failed on me, in the past. The only con with this style of motor, is the shaft protruding from the rear, which could be a Lipo killer in the event of a heavy nose in landing! Some sort of firewall barrier is needed, to prevent Lipo damage.
