With luck, it will last the life of the car. To be safe, I'm keeping the original incandescent bulb in the glove compartment. It's lasted 21 years, so far, and probably has a few more left in it. I can't complain too much about the bad bulb since I got two from Banggood for about half the cost of ONE from Amazon, and one from Amazon could have failed just as easily. Nevertheless, I'm going to knock of one star for quality control issues.
