For those starting in electronics, the emitter does not emit on 38kHz automatically (but the receiver does detect 38kHz automatically), you need set the Arduino to send the signal in the right pin (number 3 for UNO and Nano and number 9 for Mega).

Decodifiqué los valores HEXADECIMALES de los botones del Control Remoto de mi TV BGH L445, y los conecté.
