Comparison with Veritas It was a little bigger and a little heavier in weight. The depth adjustment bolt must be turned in the opposite direction. There was nothing unusual about using it. I think the biggest difference is that there is a bit of shaking in the blade, but I don't think it's uncomfortable to use or anything like that. The price/performance ratio is good...
