The USB dongle arrived in a perfectly sealed anti-static bag. It's LCD display is bright and has big digits. It featurs a solid precise potensiometer and a display button. The soldering on the PCB is good and USB-A connector feels sturdy. I thoroughly tested it connected to a mini laboratory power supply and electronic load. It worked great without issues. I measured a max output voltage of 25.6V. and a max output current load of 0.7A. The input and output is very stable. I should point out that it can output lower voltage than the input voltage which makes it a perfect tool for low-power electronic components.
