For this price it does a great job. Really supports and decompresses neck. Beware not to give to much pressure. Better use 2-3 times a day at low medium pressure. Great also as a sleeping support pillow for travelling.

After a C6 Operation i have a lot of problems with my neck. Sometimes i need to stabilize it, but a fixed Holder is to big to carry. This Air Cushion is small to carry and big and stiff when i need it. In the car, at the plane, wherever you need to relax a bit- its perfect! -but i dont use the pump-takes to long and its faster with your mouth to blow up! Thumbs up!
