Packing was minimal but the device is durable so it arrived without damage. Yes, it took much longer than estimated...I've come to expect that as normal now. I applied 12.37VDC to the device and the LED came on immediately--so nice to have a power ON LED! At first some of the voltages were way off, like less than 1 volt, but soon they all reported precise and stable voltage readings. I didn't leave it powered up for an extended time to see whether the voltages remained constant. As for accuracy, the voltages displayed on my DMM didn't match the handwritten test values but who's to say my DMM is accurate. Fact is, all the output readings were within a few millivolts of spec as displayed on my DMM, for example the 10V output displayed as 10.0017 on my DMM. That indicates that my DMM is well calibrated, for If the output voltages were significantly off then by what chance would they just happen to match an equally and oppositely miscalibrated DMM in order to display specified values? No, the chance of that is too great. I purchased this device to verify that my DMM was displaying reasonably accurate values, and it has done that. A nice voltage reference but it is a bit complicated to connect other things to it because of the "special" connector.
