The other problem is the charger power cord had non-New Zealand two-pin plug. So need to buy adaptor to plug in to mains to charge. As we're in lockdown shops are shut and I'm waiting for the adaptor plug to arrive by post.

Con respecto al pedido Nº 105783002 , al comprobar una de las baterias no funciona correctamente pues no coge carga y en menos de 5 minutos ya no funciona , por lo que estoy muy disgustado , ya que no hay forma de que les llegue este correo . Necesito inmediatamente su reemplazo por una bateria que funcione correctamente . Quedo a la espera de su rectificación .

Package was delivered 3 days after the "expected" shipping date, but that can easily be forgiven due to national holiday interrupting the normal schedule. "Pros": -The product itself seems to be of good quality, relatively easy to assemble -Lightweight -Easy to maneuverer with when compared to "Heavy" variant(such as Husqvarna's gas chainsaw) "Cons": -The light on the charger can almost randomly switch colour during the charging process despite not reaching the described charging time -When holding in the air it with trigger engaged the chain works smoothly, but during cutting through a branch it stopped mid-cutting a few times either due to low battery(charged according to the instruction) or something interrupted the cycle(what shouldn't happen) All in all product fun to use and relatively cheap. 9/10

arrived before scheduled time. looks fine tested with no load as need to charge both batteries seems to have plenty of zip. the real test will be how long it will last so only time will tell. Will try to update info after some use. Also would have liked a file in package even if an extra charge. Also would have liked to have some info as to what parts available (chain,blade,etc.) and where to order?
