This switch is a push button, not an on off switch as it is suggested by "latching". So, it is only on when depressed, release it and it is off again. It does NOT maintain its state when activated. So it is not latching Also, I'm not so sure about its IP67 rating, capable of submersion up to 1 m in water. Moreover, I got 1 ring for a switch, not 2 as in the pictures. Banggood, not so good this one.
