I think this is a really nice plane, it was easy to build and flies really well. I'm not sure if the kit version is worth the full price, but buying it on sale and already having all the electronics made it a pretty good deal for me. Bad things: I don't think my model got printed correctly, it seems a bit red, but I choose to believe that it has character and it still looks pretty good in the air. It also had a few minor cutting errors, mostly with the locations of the control horn slots, but those were easy to fix. Good things: It was very easy to build. Andrew Newton has a build video on youtube which is very easy to follow. Only small modifications were needed to fix some small cutting errors, but nothing was missing. It flies great, even in a relatively small area. So far I've only flown it at a baseball field and that was very manageable. Nose in crashes will usually break off the firewall, but it's EPP and plywood so it's very easy to fix.

So far I like this iron handle a little more than the one that came with my T12 station. I'll start by talking about some issues I had with it. When this handle arrived, the connector's strain relief was not connected at all. The two screws were loose in the bag, so you might want to watch out for that. All of the handle components were also loose, so those may need to be tightened up. I also find that this handle sometimes gets pretty hot. Considering the standby feature, this probably wouldn't normally be a big deal, but the standby switch is VERY sensitive, so even bumping the table will bring the iron out of standby mode. All of that being said, you can see in the picture that the distance from the grip to the iron tip is less than half of the distance for the standard handle. I think this is much more comfortable to use, so for the price I think it's definitely worthwhile

I bought two orders of these, so 12 servos total, and what I learned is that these are not especially consistent. I got three types of servos. One servo had all metal gears, five had one metal gear, and six had one plastic gear. I think these are pretty decent, especially for the price, but be aware that you won't really know exactly what you're getting. Another problem that many cheap servos have (including these) is that they don't center accurately. Approaching center from one side vs the other will always be a few degrees off. The pictures attached show the three different types of servos I got.

These are ok. They wet out pretty well, not great. They also aren't as fine as I would like and the conical tip is a really large angle. That said, they're quite alright to just replace the blade tip that came with my iron.

It's...an Ender 3. It works great. None of my parts had any errors. Take some time to square everything up and tune everything from the start, it'll save a lot of trouble in the end.

These are excellent. Having a boatload of servo extensions lying around is extremely handy, so I really love having these. The only thing I would say is that they are noticeably thicker than most servo leads I've encountered, which looks and feels a little strange. I would also recommend flat servo extensions for things like aileron servos, but I do like the look of these twisted cables for other applications.

These are cheap, pretty good quality for the price, and a great propeller to keep around for planes with bigger, low-KV motors.

These are super cheap, decent quality for the price, and a great propeller to keep around for small park flyers. Some of mine arrived slightly bent, but they cost so little I find it hard to care that much as long as they're still usable.

These are nice to keep around, although I would recommend getting some that poke through the foam of an airplane instead. These have holes and backplates, but no pins or screws to connect them. I don't typically have any screws this small sitting around, and that seems like overkill for simple foamies. A good product, but not one that I find especially useful.

These are actually nylon and feel excellent. No molding issues, and they fit together nicely. Not as cheap as some other connectors, but useful to have around and they feel premium.

I've printed with about half a roll of the white PLA because it was easy to get, which isn't exactly the case everywhere right now. So far it's printed really well, although it's not really noticeably better than some cheaper rolls I've used.

These are perfectly serviceable tweezers. They aren't great, the tips aren't ground particularly well, and there's a tiny bit of the black coating extending down to the tips, but it isn't enough to really affect their functionality. Excellent value for the price, especially since tweezers are the kind of thing that I always want to have around.

I really like this iron so far. It's much more customizable than other irons at the same price point and it heats up much faster than the cheap irons with T18-style tips. I wish that it shipped with the older handle style, because this one places the tip really far away from your hand, even further than my T18 iron. That's a pretty easy upgrade, though, so I'd recommend going ahead and purchasing a new handle if this seems like something that would bother you.

I mean, it's a stand that works. It's pretty lightweight and there's nothing to keep it in place so it slides around a lot, that's pretty annoying, but it wouldn't be too hard to add some rubber feet or just make a whole new base to mount the spring to.

fa203301930 No, this controller is for brushless motors. Motors with two wires are brushed motors, so you'll want to look for a brushed motor controller
