FL3Pfrontman No it doesn't... Needs to have simcard in.... But.... DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH Nothing but problems Impossible to get support. Mine died after 3 weeks and support did nothing Poor gps, poor battery (3 hours with heavy use) won't stay connected to anything including phone. Just garbage

I have been using for a week now.. Compact, good picture quality.. front LED very good.. angle adjustment smooth.. Fairly priced..Overall very Good

Dial 1.6 inch is apt .. not too much big..looks natural and elegant Light in weight. Display, functions are smooth. SIM card slot is advantage. Speaker, mic is good. Cons: Font size is small. Battery should be higher capacity.. With SIM in use, battery lasts for 12 hrs.. bit High in price
