Q: Stabilizer wont send PWM commands to ESC/motor

eherrin I had the same issue with Flysky radio. Make sure radio is in PWM mode.Put the red/white/black wire only in the receiver on any channel other than channel 1. Bind the receiver and radio. Once it is bound power off the receiver and connect the the wires in the channels as follows: 1. red/white/black 2. blue 3. yellow 4. green 5. black
