BG551722402 you can still configure everything using the browser with a few tricks. download Open Internet Explorer from GitHub. Add the IP address to the Trusted internet zone in internet Explorer, add the IP address that you can find with Onvif device Manager. then install the plugin and voila. Everything works :) you can also change the IP now, configure motion detect, change the password, ...

BG551722402 Addition:I found out why the CMS.exe kept crashing. It has to do with the language settings in windows 11. I found this out using Procmon (analysing tool). I had several languages installed. I changed it so that it was "English United States" and no other language. Then everything started working! Unbelievable.
