lutonloonee it states ssb and fm so should be ok it covers all ham bands the list of expected output is stated below

lutonloonee I assume the transmitter is in the range of fm broadcast if so.. depending on the frequency you need the right length for it to perform well, also you need a decent ground plane or counterpoise.. center fed dipole.. J pole or similar.. for example the antenna for 100 mhz would be 75cms best mounted with 4 radials of the same length with the antenna vertical and the groundplane horizontal in a cross..search google for ground plane antenna in images.. plenty to see.. Remember there is an art to making an antenna its a science. for a transmitter it is very important to get it right, otherwise you could and most certainly would damage the output of your equipment

lutonloonee depending on frequency allocation and programing you will need a license to use this radio either a radio amateur or PMR licence

lutonloonee I think the question is can it control a 220V lamp, if so then if you refer to the diagram showing the transistor relay switch, as long as the relay is rated at 220V and required current then switching is achieved. Obviously a 5-20v Dc supply is required to drive the circuit and relay for example 12v supply and 12v relay, the switched contacts rated at the required lamp voltage and current.
