First of all I am happy about this purchase :) Console looks cheap, but it is cheap so all fine here. Screen is as expected not perfect quality (5.1 inch TFT) with terrible viewing angles, but game play is much better for me than on 3.5 inch consoles (screen size was one of main reason I ordered it). Attached manual is for 4 or 5 different devices but not the one which is provided, but when you handle to change Chinese to English all is quite intuitive. It is easy to add games and almost everything is playable. Console comes with huge amount of preloaded games. Summarizing, for that price very nice device, if you do not expect too much power you will be happy.

Finally I got it !!! :) First of all, here you have professional review of this console, which actually convinced me to purchase it: https://youtu.be/o9QTwws3KU8 My first impressions are very good, build quality is perfect, most of games I have tested so far works perfectly. Manual is quite limited, so I still do not know what some of buttons are for. Have not yet tested with TV or additional pads. I can definitely recommend it after few days of using. Also please note this is Pandora Box 3D + with 2 GB of RAM.
