Very good device if used correctly. It's very sensitive to surroundings so you need to zero DC measurements right before use and preferably with the clamp already in position - try not to move the body when you open the clamp and insert the cable to be measured. Alternatively, have the power off and only start power flowing through the cable after your clamp is positioned and zeroed. But it is remarkably accurate when used in this manner. Beware that within a few minutes or less the reading can start to wander. If doing a long-term test you need to periodically open the clamp and remove the cable, zero it again and then carefully replace the cable without moving the body again. I haven't used the AC measurements but I don't think the zeroing is as critical for that. The secondary functions of voltage measurement etc are also very good from accuracy perspective, at least on mine. It looks very smart, has a good weight to it and the grip feels nice. One major thing does let it down and that's the probe leads - they're absolutely terrible. Not flexible at all and get tangled up in an instant. They're so bad that I've thrown mine away. I tried to use them a few times but they really are just that awful, and I'm normally quite happy even with the mediocre leads that came with my other cheap multimeters. Buy a cheap replacement set at the same time if you plan to use the non-clamp features. One last minor grizzle is that the backlight is a bit dreary and it only works down to about 2.7V which means I've just replaced a set of batteries that still supply 1.35V each - pretty bad. For the price, functions and nice feeling build quality it's definitely worth the price. Just beware you need different leads and expect more frequent battery replacements.
