Q: I see that they are designed for 220vac. Will they work on 110-120vac? At what power level and brightness?

Trapezoid This bulb can not work with 110-120V.

Box includes the digitally-controlled handle, two different soldering tips, an extra set screw and Allen wrench for fastening a tip to the handle, a grounding cable, and a stand to prop up the iron so you can safely set it down while powered on without risk of burning something on your desktop. This is a very comprehensive set of components, everything you need to use this tool except for the power supply (which was clearly indicated as NOT included). My friends who turned me on to this device are using 19.1volt laptop power supplies, but I decided to buy a supply that has an adjustable output of 12-24volts to match the input range that this iron is designed for and allow me to get the full 65 watts of power when needed, by choosing the 24volt power setting. Like the laptop power supplies, it has the desired 5.5mm OD x 2.5mm ID plug (i.e., the so-called 5525 plug) that fits properly into the handle. There are many reviews for this iron on the Internet, so there is no need to get into too many details about how useful this tool is. I just wanted to note that this package contained just the components needed, and that Banggood also sold me a perfect power supply to go with it (sold separately, as the description makes perfectly clear). I could not be happier with this purchase.
