cthephasone Smartport is for radio receiver. You want to use smart audio. The instructions says to use 'IRC tramp' in betaflight software.

cthephasone You can.... Only if the ESC has a 5V BEC output. The FC is powered by the 5V input. The 10V input only supplies filtered power for the 10V output on the FC. If your ESC does not have 5V BEC, you'll have to use a 5V regulator to supply the FC.
